About the Role

Serve as a Graduate Nurse in our Adult Psychiatric unit, providing direct patient care in an inpatient setting. Working alongside experienced clinicians and a multidisciplinary treatment team, you'll develop core psychiatric nursing competencies while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating mental health challenges.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a psychiatric inpatient environment
• Assess and monitor patients' physical and mental health status throughout their treatment
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Document patient care activities, observations, and clinical interventions with accuracy and timeliness
• Support implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic nursing interventions
• Respond to patient needs with clinical judgment, compassion, and professional communication
