Site HR Coordinator

Join Kenco as a Site HR Coordinator in Rock Hill, York County, where you'll support our human resources operations across a leading logistics and supply chain management organization. This is a full-time position that puts you at the center of our people operations.

Role Overview

As a Site HR Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our human resources department at our Rock Hill facility. Your work directly impacts employee experience, compliance, and the day-to-day effectiveness of our HR team. You'll wear many hats—from managing employee records and coordinating benefits to supporting recruitment and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
• Process and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in our HRIS systems
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Handle payroll support, timekeeping questions, and compensation inquiries
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training initiatives
• Support HR with compliance documentation, policy administration, and employee relations
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination of HR-related meetings and activities

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in HR operations, coordination, or a related administrative function
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR software, and standard business applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with employment law, benefits administration, or HR compliance
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support HR initiatives
