Bhired seeks a Property Manager to lead the complete launch of a modern 30-unit short-term rental community in the Bronx, New York. This full-time role offers $120,000–$150,000 annually and provides the opportunity to build something from the ground up—overseeing construction, preparing units for market, and establishing operational excellence in short-term rental property management.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the entire property lifecycle: from construction coordination and vendor management through final inspections and market readiness. This hands-on position combines project management, operational oversight, and strategic planning as you prepare a 30-unit property to launch Airbnb-style operations at scale. You'll establish systems, standards, and processes that set the foundation for long-term success and positive guest experiences. The role requires resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction, renovation, and build-out activities to ensure timeline and budget compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the property setup phase
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks on all 30 units before launch
• Prepare units for market, including furnishing, photography, and listing setup
• Develop and implement operational procedures for short-term rental management and guest services
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize property performance
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and rental property requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in residential or hospitality settings
• Proven success with construction oversight, renovation projects, or property launches
• Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities
• Knowledge of short-term rental operations and platforms like Airbnb is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be on-site regularly
