About the Role

This senior position directs the creative and operational strategy for all animation initiatives, ensuring every project reflects Focus on the Family’s core values while meeting high standards of artistic excellence.

What You'll Do

• Provide creative direction and oversee the end‑to‑end production of animated series, shorts, and digital media.
• Collaborate with writers, artists, and technical staff to develop concepts that support the ministry’s storytelling goals.
• Establish and maintain quality benchmarks, reviewing scripts, storyboards, and final cuts for brand consistency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to keep initiatives on schedule and within financial targets.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with marketing, distribution, and outreach departments to align animated content with broader communication plans.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant tools into the production workflow.

• Bachelor’s degree in film, animation, communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
