Bhired is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer and Brand Manager to lead a growing consumer products company in Brooklyn, New York City. This full-time executive role provides the opportunity to shape business strategy, drive product innovation, and expand national market presence.
About the Role
You'll serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Brand Manager, providing strategic leadership across all business functions. Your responsibilities will span product development, supply chain operations, retail partnerships, and brand strategy—with the goal of establishing the company as a recognized name in consumer products.
What You'll Do
- Lead product line development and expansion into new categories
- Design and implement supply chain strategies that support growth
- Establish and nurture relationships with national retail partners and buyers
- Create comprehensive brand strategies and oversee marketing campaigns
- Manage overall company operations and build and mentor leadership teams
- Set and achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
What We're Looking For
- Prior CEO or senior general management experience in consumer products or retail
- Demonstrated success launching products and scaling distribution channels
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics
- Proven ability to build and market consumer brands
- Experience building relationships with major retail partners
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to execute in dynamic markets
- Strong strategic vision and executive leadership capabilities
