About the Role

As Reservation Supervisor for Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, located in San Diego, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our reservations department. You'll manage the guest booking experience, train team members, and ensure that every reservation is handled with the professionalism and warmth that Hilton guests expect. Your leadership will directly influence how our team delivers service and builds lasting guest relationships from that first phone call or online booking.

What You'll Do

• Oversee reservation team operations and provide coaching to support member development
• Process reservations efficiently across multiple booking channels and systems
• Address guest inquiries and special requests with creative problem-solving
• Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and uphold Hilton operational standards
• Participate in team training and help new members succeed in their roles
