Product Manager – Product & Health Experience Tools

Highmark Health is seeking a full-time Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Product & Health Experience (PHE) tooling and AI ecosystem in Cedar, Cole County. This is an opportunity to bridge business strategy with technical innovation, shaping how our organization builds and deploys internal tools that drive health outcomes.

About the Role

As Product Manager for Product & Health Experience Tools, you'll define the long-term vision and value proposition for our internal tooling platform and AI capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans. Your role is central to enabling teams across Highmark Health to deliver better experiences faster through thoughtful platform design and emerging technologies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and articulate the product strategy for internal tooling and AI systems that serve the broader PHE organization
• Partner with technical leads and engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and manage product releases
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and clinical teams to understand user needs and validate solutions
• Own the product roadmap, making data-informed decisions about what to build and when
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure tool adoption, impact, and value delivery
• Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging AI capabilities and technologies relevant to our platform

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure products
• Proven ability to define strategy, communicate vision, and execute cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical acumen; ability to work effectively with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI capabilities or emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Health care experience a plus
