About the Role

As a Health & Beauty Team Associate, you're the backbone of our department. You'll handle product replenishment, support customers in finding what they need, and work with your team to keep our store running smoothly. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Stock and replenish health and beauty merchandise on shelves and displays
• Help customers locate products and answer questions about our health and beauty selection
• Maintain organized, attractive product displays and ensure signage is current
• Monitor inventory and process stock rotations as needed
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and service requests
• Keep your department clean and compliant with store standards
• Work collaboratively with your team to support store operations

What We're Looking For

• A customer-service-oriented team member
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, and organize products regularly
• Clear communication and friendly interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-focused approach to work
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation

Walmart offers an hourly wage of $15 to $28 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and assigned schedule. Your actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to Johnson County. You'll also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives, and may earn additional premiums based on your specific schedule or facility assignment.
