About the Role

As an LMFT with LifeStance Health, you'll work directly with couples and families navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and life transitions. This part-time position allows you to build a meaningful clinical practice while maintaining work-life balance. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a supportive clinical environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
• Perform clinical assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, holistic treatment
• Support clients through relationship conflicts, family dynamics, and emotional wellness
• Provide psychoeducation and coaching to strengthen interpersonal skills and communication

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related clinical mental health field
• Demonstrated experience delivering couples and family therapy
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to maintaining clinical boundaries and ethical practice standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
