Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Americas Regional Resilience & Protection Manager in Chicago, Cook County to lead physical protection and operational resilience across the Americas. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a seasoned subject matter expert who thrives at the intersection of security strategy and business continuity.

About the Role

As the Americas Regional Resilience & Protection Manager, you will champion Cushman & Wakefield's Enterprise Resilience & Protection (ER&P) agenda throughout the Americas. Serving as a regional specialist, you will translate the firm's resilience and protection strategy into practical, on-the-ground programs and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business in Chicago and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee Cushman & Wakefield's resilience and protection strategy across the Americas region.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on physical protection and operational resilience for regional teams.
• Act as an ambassador for Enterprise Resilience & Protection (ER&P) matters, building awareness and engagement across the business.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to embed protective measures and continuity planning into day-to-day operations.
• Provide expert guidance to support the safeguarding of people, assets, and business activities throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in physical protection, security, and operational resilience.
• Experience implementing and governing resilience or protection strategies at a regional or enterprise scale.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise across diverse business functions.
• A proactive, advisory approach suited to a subject matter expert and program owner.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Chicago, Cook County.
