What You'll Do
- Direct valuation projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring methodological rigor and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute valuation models for healthcare entities, including revenue cycle analysis, market comparables, and income approach methodologies
- Lead client engagements ranging from routine appraisals to complex multi-discipline transactions and strategic assessments
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving across the valuation team
- Stay current with healthcare regulatory developments and industry benchmarking to inform client recommendations
- Contribute to thought leadership and firm growth initiatives within the healthcare valuation space
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business valuation, healthcare consulting, or related finance advisory roles
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare business models, reimbursement, and industry dynamics
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with comfort across multiple valuation methodologies
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex analyses to healthcare executives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CFA, ASA, or ABV designation preferred
