Core Duties

• Develop and execute community marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement across digital and in-person channels
• Lead and mentor a team focused on community management, events, and member experiences
• Build and maintain communities that deliver value to customers, partners, and developers within the fintech ecosystem
• Oversee community events, webinars, and conferences that showcase Adyen's platform and foster industry networking
• Track community metrics and ROI, translating insights into strategic improvements
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and corporate communications teams to align community efforts with business goals
• Identify and nurture thought leaders and advocates within the community

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a community marketing or community management leadership role
• Proven ability to build, scale, and engage communities across digital platforms and live events
• Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the financial services or payments industry
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven approach to measuring community impact and optimizing strategy
• Experience with community platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools
