Adyen is hiring a full-time Enterprise Account Manager, Adyen for Platforms based in San Francisco, California — a strategic role at the intersection of fintech innovation and high-growth platform partnerships.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager focused on Adyen for Platforms, you'll own a portfolio of large-scale platform and marketplace clients, helping them unlock the full value of Adyen's unified payments, data, and financial products stack. You'll serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for enterprise accounts — guiding partners through growth, deepening product adoption, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership over time. This position is based on-site in San Francisco and sits at the heart of Adyen's platform business in North America.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with enterprise platform clients, acting as their primary strategic point of contact at Adyen
• Build and execute account plans that drive payment volume growth, product adoption, and long-term retention
• Engage C-level, product, and finance stakeholders to align Adyen's capabilities with each client's business objectives
• Partner cross-functionally with solutions engineering, product, and implementation teams to deliver on client commitments
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Adyen's suite of financial technology products
• Track account health metrics and proactively address risks before they affect the partnership
• Represent client needs internally to influence product roadmap and service improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or B2B sales — ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with large organizations
• Familiarity with platform or marketplace business models and how embedded financial products create value
• Strong commercial instincts: comfortable owning revenue targets and driving growth within an existing book of business
• Excellent communication and executive-presence skills — able to influence at every level of an organization
• Technical curiosity and the ability to understand payment flows, APIs, and financial product integrations well enough to speak credibly with technical buyers
• Collaborative approach — Adyen operates without internal silos, and this role requires working closely across functions to deliver results
