About the Role
As an LPN with BrightSpring's home health division, you'll work in patients' homes throughout Providence and Providence County, conducting health assessments, administering medications, managing wound care, and coordinating with the broader clinical team. What You'll Do

- Educate patients and family members on medication management and self-care

What We're Looking For
- Current Rhode Island LPN license in active good standing
- Minimum one year clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for traveling between patient homes
- Strong communication and time management abilities in independent work settings
