BrightSpring Health Services is hiring a full-time Customer Service Manager / HR Recruitment Coordinator to join the All Ways Caring HomeCare team in Raugust, Grant County — a dual-focus role combining client service coordination with hands-on human resources and recruiting support.

About the Role

In this position, you will serve as the operational hub between clients, their families, and the caregiving staff who support them. You will own the end-to-end experience for clients — from initial intake and caregiver matching through ongoing service management — while simultaneously supporting the branch's HR functions, including recruiting and staffing. Strong organizational skills and a genuine commitment to quality outcomes are essential to thriving here.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate client care plans by matching individuals with caregivers whose skills and availability align with their needs
  • Build and maintain client and caregiver schedules, proactively managing gaps, conflicts, and last-minute changes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, addressing concerns and resolving service issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Identify emerging problems in care delivery and develop practical solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Support branch recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating the onboarding of new caregiving staff
  • Maintain accurate HR and scheduling records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to support day-to-day operations and continuous service improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, care coordination, scheduling, or HR — ideally within home care, healthcare, or a related human services field
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without losing attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, families, and staff alike
  • Problem-solving mindset and sound judgment when situations arise outside of normal workflows
  • Comfort working with scheduling or HR software and standard office applications
  • A compassionate approach — you understand that the people we serve depend on reliable, thoughtful care coordination
