Oracle is seeking a Director of Compliance & Property Management based in Five Points, Wake County to lead governance, regulatory oversight, and strategic management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expanding data center property portfolio. This full-time leadership position combines executive-level compliance oversight with comprehensive property administration across our hyperscale infrastructure footprint.
About the Role
As Director of Compliance & Property Management, you will hold end-to-end accountability for all property-related governance, regulatory affairs, and operational execution. You'll develop and implement compliance frameworks that align with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while managing the strategic direction of Oracle's data center real estate operations. This role bridges corporate governance and operational property management, requiring both policy acumen and hands-on execution capability.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain compliance protocols for all regulatory, legal, and municipal obligations across the property portfolio
- Direct land administration functions including title management, easements, right-of-way agreements, and property documentation
- Coordinate with municipal and county governments on zoning approvals, permitting processes, and ongoing regulatory compliance
- Manage lease agreements, vendor contracts, and property-related obligations to ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to property operations and regulatory exposure
- Develop and oversee budgets for compliance, property maintenance, and administrative functions
- Build and mentor a team responsible for day-to-day property management and compliance execution
- Report on property and compliance status to executive leadership and board-level governance committees
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of property management, real estate operations, or corporate compliance experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure property portfolios
- Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and municipal coordination processes
- Strong background in lease management, contract administration, and legal obligations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government agencies and external stakeholders
