Director, Consult Partner – Property & Casualty Insurance

Kyndryl is hiring a Director, Consult Partner - Property & Casualty Insurance for a full-time position based in Atlanta, Fulton County. We're seeking an experienced insurance industry leader to drive client success and expand our consulting practice in the property and casualty insurance sector.

About the Role

As a Director-level Consulting Partner, you'll lead strategic engagements with property and casualty insurance clients, translating their business challenges into transformative technology solutions. You'll combine deep industry expertise with consulting acumen to advise C-suite executives, manage high-impact projects, and expand Kyndryl's market presence in the P&C insurance space.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for major property and casualty insurance clients
• Develop and execute strategic client relationships at the executive level
• Identify technology modernization opportunities in underwriting, claims, policy administration, and risk management systems
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical insurance solutions
• Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team within your portfolio
• Contribute to proposal development, sales support, and new business growth
• Stay current with P&C insurance trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience in property and casualty insurance, consulting, or both
• Proven track record in management consulting or leading large, complex projects
• Deep expertise in P&C insurance operations, business processes, and technology
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, insurance, or related field
• Experience with digital transformation and modern enterprise systems a plus
