About the Role

As a Manager in Quality and Risk Management focused on Contractual Deal Strategy, you'll serve as a trusted advisor on complex contracting matters and risk assessment. Working within our National Office, you'll help shape how Deloitte approaches contract development, negotiation strategy, and compliance oversight on major deals and partnerships. Your expertise will directly influence organizational risk posture and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and review of contract strategies that align with business objectives and risk tolerance
• Provide subject matter expertise on contracting frameworks, risk identification, and mitigation approaches
• Partner with project and business teams to ensure contractual obligations are clearly defined and manageable
• Assess risk exposure in proposed agreements and advise on negotiation positions
• Establish and maintain contracting standards that balance risk protection with business agility
• Mentor junior professionals and build contracting and risk management capability across teams
• Support leadership with strategic guidance on emerging risks and contractual considerations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, deal strategy, legal support, or organizational risk management
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and assess contractual and operational risks
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, negotiation strategy, and risk frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership capability with ability to influence across multiple teams and levels
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate complex agreements into clear guidance
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or large matrix organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; related advanced credentials a plus
