About the Role

As an Enterprise Productivity & Performance Manager at Accenture, you'll work directly with executive teams and enterprise clients to develop and implement high-impact improvement initiatives. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on engagement, helping organizations optimize operations, enhance performance, and build lasting competitive advantages in their markets.

What You'll Do

  • Work with enterprise leadership teams to assess productivity challenges and design transformation strategies
  • Lead teams through performance improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and profitability
  • Analyze enterprise performance data to uncover improvement opportunities and growth levers
  • Develop business cases and performance dashboards for C-suite stakeholder decision-making
  • Support clients through process optimization and technology implementation
  • Build trusted client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor on enterprise performance

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of management consulting, business advisory, operations management, or enterprise strategy experience
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational transformation
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in business metrics and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex ideas clearly to executive and technical audiences
  • Strategic mindset with ability to thrive in dynamic, client-facing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
