As Housekeeping Inspector at Azul Hospitality, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations and room inspections to ensure every guest space meets our rigorous brand standards. Your eye for detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact how our guests experience their stay. You'll work alongside Room Attendants, coaching them on housekeeping best practices and fostering a culture of quality across the team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with company standards and cleanliness protocols
• Evaluate Room Attendant performance and provide constructive feedback to improve cleaning techniques and consistency
• Document inspection results, noting any maintenance issues or areas requiring immediate attention
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and guest service expectations
• Identify operational challenges and collaborate with management on solutions to maintain service excellence
• Ensure inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment meets property needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience inspecting and managing housekeeping operations in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of hospitality cleanliness standards and guest service principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and provide coaching with professionalism
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple inspection priorities
• Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) are a valued asset for this position
• Reliability and punctuality for a full-time, on-site role in Holiday, Orange County
