What You'll Do
- Lead and plan worship services that integrate biblical teaching with authentic musical expression
- Develop and mentor a worship team of musicians and singers, providing spiritual and technical guidance
- Curate worship music selections that engage our congregation and reinforce the pastoral message
- Collaborate with senior leadership on worship strategy and cultural direction for the church
- Manage worship ministry operations, scheduling, and technical production
- Demonstrate spiritual maturity and pastoral excellence in team interactions and community presence
- Foster genuine community through hospitality and authentic relationships within the worship ministry
- Contribute to the broader mission and values of Grace Fellowship Church
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience directing worship in a church environment
- Strong musical proficiency and working knowledge of diverse worship music styles
- Leadership experience managing volunteer teams or ministry groups
- Pastoral calling with genuine commitment to developing others spiritually
