Golf Instructor

PGA Tour is hiring a passionate Golf Instructor for our Novi, Oakland County location. This is a hands-on, part-time position where you'll teach golfers of all levels the fundamentals and advanced techniques that improve their game.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced golf professional to join our team at our Novi facility. You'll deliver engaging instruction to students ranging from absolute beginners to experienced golfers seeking refinement. This role combines technical expertise with genuine enthusiasm for helping others discover their potential on the course.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and group golf lessons tailored to each student's skill level and goals
• Assess student swing mechanics and provide constructive feedback using proven teaching methods
• Design progressive lesson plans that track improvement and build confidence
• Demonstrate proper grip, stance, posture, and swing techniques across all clubs
• Cover course management, rules of golf, etiquette, and mental game fundamentals
• Maintain lesson equipment and practice area facilities
• Build lasting relationships with students to encourage continued participation and referrals

What We're Looking For

• PGA membership or credential (or clear path to certification)
• Proven experience teaching golf to diverse student populations
• Strong communication skills and patience with learners of all ages and abilities
• Solid understanding of golf swing mechanics and teaching methodology
• Reliable, flexible availability for part-time scheduling
• Genuine passion for the sport and commitment to student success
• Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
