CourtAvenue is hiring a Journey Operations Manager — Contract / Freelance for our Dallas, Texas office. This fixed-term engagement runs from late July through December 2026 and centers on Adobe Journey Optimizer strategy, execution, and operational excellence. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead journey orchestration and campaign management during a critical build phase.
About the Role
This is a full-time contract position designed with a front-loaded delivery model. You'll commit approximately 40 hours per week during the initial build phase (the first two months), transitioning to a lighter maintenance and optimization cadence through the end of the engagement. The role is based in Dallas, Texas — on-site presence required.
What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and deploy customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Oversee campaign execution, testing protocols, and performance monitoring
- Manage journey workflows, orchestration rules, and operational continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align journey strategy with business objectives
- Conduct testing, optimization, and refinement of journey processes
- Maintain documentation and operational standards for journey management
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance as the project transitions to steady-state operations
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or comparable journey orchestration platforms
- Strong operational and project management capabilities
