Working in US
This role is remote across the United States. The U.S. is a federal republic of 50 states with major legal markets nationwide; California licensure is required here, so expect state-specific practice rules and remote collaboration across time zones rather than a single office commute.

Build the skills for this role

- Walk through a California employment matter you owned end-to-end (theory, discovery plan, outcome).
- Explain how you litigate and communicate when fully remote.
- Ask how the firm staffs employment cases across offices and what success looks like in year one.
Strong fit if you are California-barred, comfortable remote, and oriented to defense or plaintiff employment litigation in a growing multi-office firm. Less ideal if you need an on-site team or a different practice focus.
