El Paso – Quality Assurance Analyst

Caliber is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst in El Paso, El Paso County, to safeguard product integrity and regulatory compliance across our medical device operations.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Caliber, you will be the steward of our quality management systems, ensuring that every process meets the rigorous standards governing medical device manufacturing. Based on-site in El Paso, this position sits at the intersection of regulatory expertise and day-to-day operational quality, giving you the opportunity to shape compliant, audit-ready processes that protect patients and the business alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and sustain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and additional regulatory frameworks applicable to medical devices.
• Lead internal audits and provide hands-on support during external and regulatory audits to confirm conformance with established quality policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and sign off on batch records, deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation to keep operations inspection-ready.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical device quality standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Experience participating in or supporting internal and external quality audits.
• Familiarity with reviewing batch records, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, compliance-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in El Paso, El Paso County.
