You will work directly with attorneys to prepare cases for trial, manage evidence and documentation, and participate in fact-finding investigations. This on-site role offers daily collaboration with experienced legal professionals in a full-service firm environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare cases for trial by organizing documents, evidence, and legal materials
- Conduct factual research and support investigations on assigned matters
- Maintain comprehensive case files with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and supporting documents
- Coordinate depositions, court filings, and attorney schedules
- Communicate with clients and other counsel under supervising attorney direction
- Support attorneys across multiple practice areas within the firm
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant
- Expertise with legal software, case management platforms, and office technology
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in high-volume legal settings
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail in all legal documentation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Capacity to support multiple attorneys simultaneously
