About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll take on a senior technical role within our facilities team, responsible for the upkeep of resort building systems and equipment. This position involves supervising or coordinating with junior maintenance staff while ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing timely repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and common areas with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support property operations and guest satisfaction
• Supervise or mentor junior maintenance team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical facilities role
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and working at heights
• Professional communication and customer service orientation
