As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand to prospective members and owners. Working directly from our Summerville location, you'll build relationships with potential customers, present our vacation packages and membership benefits, and guide them toward decisions that enhance their travel experiences. Your role is essential to helping families discover the freedom and value of our vacation ownership portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Engage with qualified leads and prospective vacation owners, presenting membership and resort ownership opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and tours that highlight the benefits of our vacation club offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective customer relationship management
- Answer questions about vacation packages, membership tiers, and resort amenities
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for prospective members
- Stay current on company offerings, resort properties, and competitive market conditions
