Mortgage Inspector

Join NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) as a full-time Mortgage Inspector in Dent, Hamilton County, where you'll conduct critical occupancy inspections on residential properties and verify occupancy status throughout our service area.

About the Role

As a Mortgage Inspector with NOFS, you'll work independently in the field, performing detailed occupancy assessments and property inspections that lenders and clients depend on in the mortgage process. You'll manage your own schedule, travel throughout Hamilton County, and deliver accurate results that directly support lending decisions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough occupancy inspections on residential properties to determine current occupancy status
• Document property conditions with detailed observations and photographic evidence
• Prepare clear, accurate inspection reports according to lender guidelines and specifications
• Communicate findings professionally to clients, lenders, and property stakeholders
• Manage field schedule independently and efficiently across the Hamilton County area
• Maintain organized records of all inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Inspector, property inspector, or equivalent role
• Proven ability to work independently with strong self-direction and minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel throughout the service area
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients
• Strong ability to document observations accurately and prepare comprehensive reports
• Familiarity with occupancy inspection standards and lender requirements
