About the Role

As our Lead Plumbing Installer in Ustick, you'll manage both new construction and remodeling plumbing work, overseeing water line re-pipes, drain system re-pipes, and rough-in installations for residential and commercial projects. You'll work directly on projects while mentoring crew members and ensuring quality workmanship from start to completion.

What You'll Do

• Execute water re-pipe and drain re-pipe installations in homes and businesses
• Perform rough-in plumbing work for new construction and remodel projects
• Lead job sites and coordinate with other trades
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain equipment and communicate project progress with management

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman plumber license or equivalent experience leading plumbing installations
• Proven background with residential and commercial plumbing work
• Knowledge of water and drain system installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow code standards
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Team player with solid communication abilities
