About the Role

Capital Vacations is looking for a talented Owner Sales Rep to drive revenue through engaging customer consultations and persuasive sales presentations. You'll work on our Myrtle Beach sales floor with the energy and momentum that comes from a growing vacation ownership business. Your ability to recognize qualified prospects, communicate value clearly, and navigate the sales cycle will directly impact your success and income in this position.

What You'll Do

• Conduct professional consultations with new and existing owners to understand their vacation preferences and lifestyle goals
• Present Capital Vacations offerings with confidence and product knowledge, highlighting benefits tailored to each customer
• Build rapport with prospects and create a sense of urgency around exclusive vacation opportunities and limited offerings
• Close sales effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, proposals, and transactions in our database systems
• Follow up with qualified leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with your sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
