About the Role

What You'll Do

- Build and deploy standardized marketing processes that increase efficiency and measurable impact across the organization
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives across multiple brands, translating vision into executable campaigns
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing investments with core business objectives and growth goals
- Own marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment
- Drive data-informed decision-making through performance analytics and strategic measurement
- Build and mentor marketing teams, creating a culture of strategic excellence and accountability
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a marketing director or equivalent in complex, multi-brand environments
- Deep expertise developing and executing integrated marketing strategies at scale
- Strong brand management foundation and knowledge of marketing operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and lead at senior organizational levels
- Experience designing and implementing processes that scale marketing effectiveness
- Comfort with data analysis and translating insights into strategic action
- Strong communicator who articulates vision clearly to diverse internal stakeholders
