New Canaan Area Admin

Young Life is seeking a part-time New Canaan Area Admin to support our Norwalk, Fairfield County operations. This in-office position is essential to keeping our youth ministry organized and running smoothly.

Position Summary

As the New Canaan Area Admin, you'll serve as the organizational hub for our local Young Life ministry in Fairfield County. Working part-time, you'll handle the essential administrative functions that allow our staff and volunteers to focus on connecting with and mentoring high school students. Your role bridges communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations for the New Canaan area program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and volunteer schedules, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
• Handle incoming communications, phone inquiries, and administrative correspondence
• Maintain organized files, records, and documentation systems
• Support youth program planning and event coordination activities
• Perform data entry, document preparation, and administrative reporting tasks
• Facilitate communication between local Norwalk-area staff and Young Life regional leadership
