About the Role

As a School Improvement Team Leader, you will work alongside the Building Principal and Director of Equity and School Improvement to drive meaningful progress in your school community. This is a full-time position focused on fostering collaborative leadership, building stakeholder engagement, and implementing evidence-based school improvement strategies that strengthen teaching and learning for all students.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate collaborative planning and decision-making among faculty, staff, families, and community members
• Support the development and implementation of school improvement initiatives aligned with district goals
• Partner with school and district leadership to monitor progress toward improvement targets and adjust strategies as needed
• Build systems that strengthen communication and collective responsibility across the school community
• Champion equity-focused practices that support all students, particularly in a multilingual setting
• Contribute to a school culture where collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement are embedded

What We're Looking For

• Strong collaborative and communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse groups
• Experience in or demonstrated commitment to school improvement, educational leadership, or related roles
• Understanding of inclusive practices and commitment to supporting students from all backgrounds
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and contribute to informed decision-making
• Ability to work effectively with administrators, teachers, staff, students, and families
