What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and oversee environmental health and safety programs and procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations
- Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety standards
- Train and educate employees on safety protocols and best practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and safety performance metrics
- Collaborate with management and operations teams to foster a strong safety culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Environmental Health & Safety Manager or similar EHS role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and occupational safety standards
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar regulated industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, or ASP preferred)

- Schedule: 20 hours every other week or 10 hours per week—your choice
- Location: Del Fair, Hamilton County (Cincinnati, OH area)
- Pay: $52–$58 per hour, based on experience
