About the Role
As a Machine Operator at our Marlborough plant, you'll be the backbone of our production operations. Working collaboratively within your shift team, you'll operate and monitor machinery to manufacture high-quality products that serve customers worldwide in biotech and pharma. Your work directly impacts the speed, accuracy, and reliability of product delivery—meeting both production targets and exacting quality standards set by your shift and team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery with precision, following established procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and alert leadership to any anomalies or maintenance needs
- Ensure all output meets our quality requirements and specifications
- Work toward daily and shift production targets in coordination with your team
- Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine operation
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to sustain a safe, efficient workplace
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives where possible
