About the Role
As a Service Lube Technician, you'll be the frontline of our service department, delivering quality maintenance work that builds customer trust and vehicle reliability. This is a hands-on role in a busy service facility where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements on Hyundai vehicles
- Inspect brakes, tires, belts, and hoses during routine maintenance appointments
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids including coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer
- Identify mechanical issues and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized work bay and follow all safety protocols
- Document services performed accurately in our service management system
- Support the service team during busy periods to meet customer scheduling needs
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in automotive service is a plus)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude for automotive work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Professional demeanor and willingness to interact with customers respectfully
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
