Hotel Front Desk Supervisor – Gold Country Casino

Maverick NV is hiring a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor at our Gold Country Casino location in Cover, Elko County. This is a full-time leadership role where you'll manage front desk operations, lead a dedicated team, and set the standard for guest service excellence in Nevada's hospitality industry.

About the Role

You'll take charge of our front desk operation, overseeing team performance, guest interactions, and daily operations that define our guests' casino and hotel experience. Working directly with hotel management, you'll maintain service standards, resolve complex guest situations, and coordinate across departments to deliver the hospitality Maverick NV is known for.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the front desk team through scheduling, training, and ongoing performance coaching
• Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest billing with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with professionalism and problem-solving
• Monitor front desk workflows, financial controls, and adherence to hotel policies and procedures
• Manage cash reconciliation, payment processing, and billing inquiries
• Collaborate with housekeeping, casino operations, and other departments to optimize guest flow
• Represent the hotel professionally, build guest loyalty, and support retention initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Documented supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and standard office software
• Strong problem-solving ability and composure in fast-paced environments
