About the Role
As a Multi-Classroom Leader Facilitator, you'll serve as a bridge between classroom instruction and school-wide improvement. Whether general or Title-funded, this role is central to our Opportunity Culture framework—designed to recognize and develop instructional leadership talent while strengthening teacher capacity.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor teachers across assigned classrooms, modeling best practices in instruction and classroom management
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive, actionable feedback to support professional growth
- Facilitate professional development and lead collaborative learning cycles with instructional teams
- Support the implementation of district-wide curricula and instructional strategies across multiple classroom settings
- Partner with the building principal to identify professional development needs and coordinate targeted support
- Participate in curriculum planning, grade-level meetings, and school improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on student outcomes and teacher effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Valid Texas teaching certification or equivalent state credential
- Demonstrated success as a classroom teacher with strong instructional knowledge
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively with educators of varying experience levels
- Experience supporting literacy, numeracy, or science instruction (depending on assignment)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to work effectively across multiple classrooms
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and evidence-based teaching practices
- Bachelor's degree required (master's degree in education or curriculum preferred)
