Accenture is seeking a Sales Transformation Consultant – Manager for our Financial Services practice in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. In this full-time role, you'll lead strategic initiatives that drive sales growth and operational excellence for leading financial institutions, translating market opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

As a Sales Transformation Consultant – Manager, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with financial services clients to reimagine their sales capabilities. Your focus will be designing and implementing transformation roadmaps that enhance revenue generation, streamline customer acquisition, and optimize sales processes across complex organizations.

What You'll Do

• Lead consulting engagements for financial services clients, diagnosing sales challenges and developing comprehensive transformation strategies
• Design and oversee implementation of sales models, Go-to-Market strategies, and organizational restructures that drive measurable impact
• Guide cross-functional teams through change management, equipping them with new processes, tools, and mindsets for sustained growth
• Develop client proposals, manage budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining deep stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives
• Synthesize market insights and industry trends to position clients competitively in rapidly evolving financial services markets
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership through case studies and industry perspectives

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales consulting, financial services, or related business transformation roles
• Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, process optimization, and organizational change management
• Strong understanding of financial services industry dynamics, customer journeys, and regulatory environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfort influencing senior leadership
• Project management expertise and proven ability to deliver results on time and on budget
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
