About the Role
As a Quick Lube Technician at Scottsdale Mitsubishi, you'll perform efficient maintenance and fluid services on customer vehicles while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and customer care go hand-in-hand.
What You'll Do
- Execute oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including belts, hoses, batteries, and tire conditions
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other consumable maintenance items
- Explain maintenance findings and service options to customers in clear, professional language
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Document all services accurately and ensure quality control at every step
What We're Looking For
- Current ASE certification or equivalent technical certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills
- Strong communication skills and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Reliable attendance and a professional, safety-conscious attitude
