Issuance Analyst – NGB Executive Secretariat

Summit Technologies seeks an Issuance Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Executive Secretariat in the Arlington, Virginia and Washington, DC area. This full-time position requires a current Secret security clearance and offers the opportunity to contribute to critical government operations.

About the Role

As an Issuance Analyst, you'll manage document workflows and support administrative operations for the NGB Executive Secretariat. Your work will span multiple locations including the Pentagon, TARC, ANGRC, and Joint Base Andrews, where you'll coordinate issuance procedures, track correspondence, and ensure compliance with federal directives and security protocols.

What You'll Do

• Process and route official correspondence and policy documentation
• Manage document issuance tracking and record maintenance systems
• Coordinate administrative workflows across interconnected military and government offices
• Support executive leadership through briefing preparation and administrative summaries
• Maintain compliance with security requirements and federal procedures
• Utilize document management systems and federal office software platforms

What We're Looking For

• Current Secret security clearance (required); Top Secret clearance preferred
• Experience with government or military administrative operations
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with federal documentation standards and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in the Arlington, Virginia and Washington, DC area with authorized work locations including NGB offices, the Pentagon, TARC, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and approved telework sites. Work is arranged on-site or hybrid as authorized—remote work is not permitted.
