What You'll Do

  • Operate a commercial truck over multi-state routes, logging miles that average 2,000 per week for solo drivers and 5,000 per week for team driver configurations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
  • Comply with federal hours-of-service regulations and safe driving practices
  • Manage cargo securely and professionally
  • Communicate with dispatch and maintain detailed logbooks

What We're Looking For

  • Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 1–5 months of OTR trucking experience
  • Strong reliability and commitment to safety

Compensation & Benefits

Solo drivers earn competitive pay ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience, with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and the ability to choose home time that aligns with your schedule. Our top 20% of solo OTR drivers take home $1,600 per week or more.

Team drivers benefit from a $5,000 split sign-on bonus and earn 72 to 80 cents per mile (split between partners), with typical team routes averaging 5,000 miles weekly. If you don't have a team partner, we can help connect you with a compatible driver.
