U.S. Xpress - OTR is hiring Class A CDL company drivers for full-time, over-the-road positions based out of Queensbury, Warren County. If you have 1-5 months of CDL-A experience and are ready to drive dry van freight across the nation, we want to talk with you.

About the Role

As a Class A CDL company driver for U.S. Xpress, you'll operate late-model dry van equipment on long-haul routes throughout the United States. This is dedicated over-the-road work that puts you on the road consistently while maintaining the flexibility to choose home time that fits your lifestyle.

What You'll Earn

• Solo drivers: 57-64 cents per mile based on experience, averaging 2,000 miles weekly
• Team drivers: 72-80 cents per mile (split), averaging 5,000 miles per week
• $4,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers; $5,000 for team drivers
• Top 20% of our over-the-road fleet earn $1,600 or more per week

What You'll Need

• Valid Class A commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement
• 1-5 months of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record and passing background check
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and DOT compliance
• Willingness to drive long distances and spend time away from home
