About the Role

As a Relationship Banker I, you'll be the bridge between Regions Bank and our customers. In this client-facing position, you'll help individuals and small businesses navigate their financial needs while growing deposit relationships and expanding account portfolios. You'll work in our Whittlesey Blvd. branch, becoming a trusted advisor to customers seeking checking, savings, and lending solutions.

What You'll Do

• Open and maintain deposit accounts, explaining features and benefits to customers
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate Regions Bank products and services
• Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Meet personal and team sales goals for deposit products and services
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all transactions
• Assist customers with basic banking inquiries and account questions
