About the Role

As an Auto Desk Adjuster, you'll be a critical member of our claims team, handling auto insurance claims with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. Your bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish will be essential to serving our diverse customer base across the Nashville region and beyond, ensuring every claimant receives clear communication and expert support throughout their claims process.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and process auto insurance claims, reviewing documentation and determining coverage eligibility
• Communicate directly with claimants, witnesses, and medical providers to gather information and investigate claims thoroughly
• Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking customers, explaining claim details and next steps in their preferred language
• Assess damages, coordinate repairs, and manage claim settlements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively with field adjusters, legal teams, and insurance partners to resolve complex claims

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written, to communicate effectively with bilingual claimants
• Strong investigative skills and the ability to analyze claims information objectively
• Excellent customer service instincts and the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations
