About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll serve as a key member of our legal department, keeping our operations running smoothly while supporting attorneys with their most critical administrative needs. You'll handle confidential legal matters, manage complex scheduling, and ensure every document meets the exacting standards our practice demands. What You'll Do

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence

  • Answer client and court inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
