About the Role

This part-time Clinical Testing Psychologist role positions you as a key member of our Puyallup behavioral health team. You'll evaluate clients using evidence-based psychological assessment practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians, and contribute clinical insights that support integrated mental and physical healthcare. Your expertise in psychological testing will directly impact how our team understands and treats each person we serve.

What You'll Do

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological, neuropsychological, and cognitive assessments
• Conduct thorough clinical interviews to assess presenting concerns, psychiatric history, symptoms, and functional impairment
• Develop comprehensive psychological reports with diagnostic formulations, clinical summaries, and evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other team members to integrate assessment data into individualized treatment planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and assessment records
• Communicate assessment findings effectively to clients, families, and the clinical care team

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
• Current Washington State psychological license or license-eligible qualification
• Established competency in psychological and cognitive test administration, scoring, and interpretation
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to synthesize complex patient information
• Excellent communication skills across diverse professional and patient audiences
