Build the skills for this role

Prioritize licensed LMFT practice: treatment planning for family systems, motivational interviewing-style questioning, risk-aware documentation, and comfort with both in-clinic and telehealth workflows. CERTS lists no family-specific cert package for this posting.

  • Walk through a family systems case: goals, interventions, and how you document progress.
  • Explain how you handle high-conflict couples or co-parenting while staying within scope.
