WTW is hiring a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director to join its Financial, Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise in Philadelphia County. This full-time, on-site role offers seasoned actuaries the chance to shape financial strategy across the full landscape of employer health and group benefit programs.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director at WTW, you will serve as a cornerstone of the Financial, Actuarial & Analytics team, based at William Penn Annex East in Philadelphia County. You will steer the financial and actuarial direction of client engagements, owning a portfolio of relationships while lending your expertise to the most complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the financial and actuarial work streams for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and strategic value at every stage.
• Make meaningful contributions to engagements with large and intricate clients across the FAA practice.
• Advise on the complete range of employer health and group benefit offerings, including medical, dental, life, and disability programs.
• Translate detailed actuarial analysis into clear, actionable guidance that helps clients manage benefit costs and risk.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Financial, Actuarial & Analytics Community of Expertise to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in healthcare financial and actuarial consulting, ideally within an employer-sponsored benefits environment.
• Strong command of medical, dental, life, disability, and broader group benefit program economics.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and mentor others on complex actuarial assignments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills suited to a senior, client-facing position.
